WHAT: Cash Use and Digital Currencies
Abstract: This presentation will provide a survey of the empirical evidence on cash use and digital currencies in Canada. The work will be based on research from the Bank of Canada’s 2017 Method-of-Payments Survey, 2018 Bitcoin Omnibus Survey, and the 2018 Merchant Acceptance Survey.
